Our ever-curious boy dreams of starting his own automobile business one day. Loves bike riding. Feels his weakness is not being able to say no – we are changing that by sending weird requests at odd hours. Ankit is a curious, smart fellow and ends up working on a lot of things at Hodophile.
Nitin Kumar
Custodian of Visa Ops
The guy is always on the move – so much so that folks in the office sometimes ask him, “May I help you?” when he enters the office. He heads everything visas at Hodophile. Unnecessarily flaunts his Yoga laptop to interns (had to mention interns to save us from the embarrassment – the truth is that he mocks us by rotating that thing). Loves travel (how odd for someone in this role). Deceives people into believing he is on a diet by buying fruit chaat plates (4 plates in one go)
Rajkamal Nigam
Co-founder
Affectionately known as Raj or RKN. With over 15 years of experience managing travel and events for large businesses, he’s the go-to guy for all things travel at Hodophile Travels. Always on calls and spreading good vibes, a patient and social powerhouse who loves throwing unforgettable parties. His passion for travel is matched only by his knack for making every event a memorable experience. Whether it’s planning a corporate retreat or a grand celebration, Rajkamal ensures everything runs smoothly—just don’t forget to invite him to the next party! Born to travel, truly!
Ravi Anand
Co-founder
Hodophile Travels is where his passion for travel meets his entrepreneurial spirit. After running a successful business, he poured his heart and resources into creating unforgettable travel experiences. A self-proclaimed biryani aficionado, he believes every journey deserves a taste of the extraordinary—just don’t ask him to have elaichi in his tea! With a flair for the finer things in life, Ravi ensures that every detail is perfect. If you don’t consider us, he might just shed a tear (for 12 minutes)—but we promise, he’s all about making your travel dreams come true!
Hemant Khurana
All Things Finance
No kidding – Hemant followed up with us for a full 3 months before he finally became part of the team. Legend has it that it’s also a crucial skill for Accounts Receivables. Deems himself as an introvert but converts into a full-time extrovert if given enough time and as he gets comfortable. Loves travel, swimming, and learning new things. And oh, he specifically asked us to mention that he has an MBA from Symbiosis University. The boy has only one dream – making his parents feel proud of him.
Diksha Maini
Domestic Ops & Visas
Diksha loves going on trips – guilt trips when she mistakenly provides information that could have been more accurate/to the point (come on, we are all humans). Loves cooking and is a total foodie. Consistently tries to learn new skills. She looks after multiple things in domestic travel and has recently started contributing to our visa services as well. To the office is a long journey for her, so a chai is a must as soon as she takes her seat.
Wilson Jain
Events
Wilson has an interesting backstory for his name. Looks after events & production. Often seen talking to mysterious people and saying the same thing, “I can get the same thing for half the price”. His food is so spicy that your body temperature rises by 1-2 degrees Celsius. He makes sure our events-related jobs are done super smoothly. Along with Wilson, we have dreams of making it big and offering Events as a standalone service. Let’s see how that works for us!
Vanshika Arora
Travel Ops
Vanshika doesn’t just plan travel – she loves it. Known in the office for her perfectly winged eyeliner (even on a Monday) and obsession with all things makeup. When she’s not sketching in her notebook or vibing to her music playlist, she’s probably lost in daydreams of Santorini sunsets or Kyoto cherry blossoms. Not a fan of studying or sweets, Vanshika thrives on creativity, conversations, and wanderlust. She believes every journey should feel like a work of art. She wants to be the best at helping people discover beautiful places and create unforgettable memories.
Rishabh Jain
Co-founder
Believes that travel isn’t just about destinations; even a ride to the railway station can spark joy. A curious and adventurous spirit, he has taken bus rides without knowing the destination, revelling in the journey itself. With diverse experience across various roles, Rishabh left the corporate world (lol, made it sound like he was big) to pursue his true passion: connecting with people and creating memorable experiences. Always eager to explore fascinating topics.
Shubhash Verma
Mentor & Advisory Board
With over 40 years of global travel industry experience, Subhash Verma has been a
guiding force in shaping India’s outbound tourism landscape. A former Lufthansa professional and seasoned IATA agent, he has represented India on global platforms and held key roles in organizations like TAAI, ADTOI, SATF, and FAITH.
Now, as a mentor and advisor to Hodophile Travels, he brings his deep expertise to guide the company’s growth, recognizing its immense potential to lead the next wave of personalized, experiential travel.
Parth
Generalist
Parth came in as a generalist and works on marketing and growth. He builds and maintains the company website and sets up landing pages. A BBA graduate from IIM Ranchi, Parth also moonlights as a freelance web developer. You’ll find him nose-deep in a novel, vibing to music, or immersed in a story-driven game when he’s not deep in strategy or code.
Narendar Kumar
All-Rounder
Narendar joined us as the ultimate multitasker – whether it’s field work or office work, he blends right in like he was made for it! From running errands to handling tasks at the desk, he’s got it all covered.
But the best thing about him? His endless curiosity and eagerness to learn. With that spirit, there’s no limit to what he can achieve!
